We manufactured a PepsiCo gift bag set for a large career conference hosted by Frito-Lay and PepsiCo, designed to support leadership development and showcase the wide variety of career paths available to everyone from recent college graduates to long-standing team members. The set was created with current employees in mind and sent across two major sites, including large manufacturing plants and warehouses, so durability and usefulness were key. The client specifically wanted apparel and a branded notebook, and from there we curated a cohesive package that combines practical essentials with thoughtful branded items that reflect career growth gifts, employee welcome packs and event giveaway ideas.
